The issue with SP stickers

The shortage of star player stickers is causing a lot of confusion – here is a statement on the matter.

We are receiving many inquiries asking whether something is wrong with the trade partner search engine. Completing the album has become much more difficult towards the end compared to previous years.

We can assure you that the search engine is stable and functioning without errors. The issue is something else:
If you take a closer look at your missing stickers list, you will notice that mainly the star player stickers are missing (those with the SP suffix in the number).
This is the case for most users, which naturally results in no search matches, even if you have many duplicates.
