- How does the trading partner search engine work?
- Shortly said, the sytem compares the profiles of all registered players. The best possible trading options (at a ratio of 1:1) are found and shown to the user to choose from. The systems suggested stickers to trade, match the ones that the user is looking for, respectively are offered (assuming the users sticker albums are registered properly and kept up to date).
- I have several open trades. Am I responsible for seeing that a duplicate sticker won't be assigned multiple times?
- No, that is not necessary. The system recognises all the current reservations and takes over that job for you. This regards to all your duplicates, but also the stickers that you will recieve. Stickers are only assigned multiple times, if you have multiple duplicates of the sticker.
- What should I do if I have forgotten my log-in details?
- Go to the log-in page and enter your registered email address. After you've pressed send, you will be sent a new password right away.
- I don't want to recieve any trading offers, where can I change this?
- When you are logged in, click your user name in the menu. There you can change the "I want to trade" settings.
- What should I do if the trading partner doesn't send the stickers?
- Look for your trades under "trades" and untick all the boxes of the recieved stickers and then complete the trade.
Additionally, you have the possibility to report the player to the referee via a corresponding button. This helps us to keep the exchange portal fair and to protect other players. - What can I do if there is no respond to my trade request?
- You have the option to cancel your trade request by using the cancel button in the "trade" section. The cancel button will however not appear until after approximately 16 hours. There should always be enough time for players to check their requests.
- My trading partner has not completed the trade yet, even though all the transactions are finished. What can I do?
- The system recognises this circumstance and provides you with a button in the detailed trade view, to request a completed trade at the referee.
- The trade request was wrongly accepted. What can I do?
- You'd have to coordinate with your trading partner. If you agree, you can complete the exchange in such a way that you remove all hooks in the stickers list of the exchange view (received/delivered), so the profile is not changed.
- I have mistakenly declined the exchange. Is it possible to set this to "accepted" afterwards?
- No, unfortunately this is not possible. All images reserved for the exchange will be released immediately upon rejection and could therefore already be scheduled otherwise in the meantime. The message function is still available for an alternative arrangement.
- I closed the exchange prematurely by mistake. Is it possible to open it again?
- No, unfortunately this is not possible. The images are automatically booked for both exchange partners during this process. However, the booking can of course be manually adjusted afterwards in the image list. In addition, the message function in the exchange detail (archive) is still available for an alternative agreement.
- What exactly happens to the images for which the check mark is set (received/delivered) when the exchange is completed?
- The system automatically posts the stickers when you complete the exchange so that you do not have to do this yourself. So if you have ticked the box for the sticker received (which is the standard case), the system marks this sticker as pasted. The number of duplicates is automatically reduced for the delivered images. If you uncheck the box because it has not been received or delivered, nothing will be adjusted. Incidentally, you only do this for yourself and your exchange partner only for themselves, so nobody sees the other booking.
- My album is complete and I don't want to trade anymore. What can I do?
- Register all stickers as stuck in. This way the system knows that you have completed your album. You can also (if you are logged in) change the settings on your user page, so you don't recieve any new trading offers. By the way: You can use the same account to trade at the next tournament (world cup or Euros).
- I have noticed that the lock or hook symbol is displayed on an image even though it is not involved in my trades.
- In this case you are currently available for another player with this sticker in the exchange partner search. As soon as this person has selected someone, it is released again. (This blockade is only of short duration).
- I have noticed, that i falsely registered a sticker as duplicate. Now I can't change the duplicate ammount back to 0. How do I correct this?
- There are two reasons why a sticker is blocked:
- A sticker is reserved for one of your trades. In this case, you can only correct it once the trade is completed or denied. Inform your trading partner if needed.
- Another reason is that you might be a possible trading option for another player. As soon as that person has chosen somebody, it will be freed. (This blockade is usually only for a short ammount of time.).
You would have to check if the sticker was involved in one of your trades. If not, you can correct it quickly. - Why do I only receive exchange proposals with a rather low number of stickers?
- This can have several reasons, but basically the number of your doubles is crucial. The more doubles you have in your pool, the higher the chance of being able to swap many of them at once. Of course, it is also towards the end – when you are only missing a few stickers – more difficult to get large exchange proposals.
Another special case is the start of the season, when not many players are online. - How exactly does the waiting list work?
- If you are only missing fewer than 15 stickers from your main album, you can put up to 3 of them on a waiting list (currently only for professional players). The system will automatically check the possibility of an exchange for you as soon as one of the images you are looking for becomes available. Please note the following rules:
- You must be able to deliver at least 2 duplicate images for the exchange.
- The system limits your delivery to a maximum of 10 additional images (similar to the all-in function ).
- A possible exchange will be opened even if your exchange function is paused.
- An automatically created exchange can also be rejected by the exchange partner.
- The waiting list can does not contain images from different albums.
- I have a problem with the display or I can't save all teams. What should I do?
- Refresh your web browser (what is a web browser? http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Webbrowser).
- Download a different web browser.
