Terms of Use

1. General

bildertausch.ch is an independent online platform for exchanging collectible stickers. These terms govern the relationship between semabit GmbH (“service provider”) and users (“users”). The service is free. By registering and using the platform, the user fully accepts these terms.

2. Permitted items

Only the following items may be exchanged:

• Original Panini or Topps stickers for the selected album
• Items in perfect condition, without any defects
• Items corresponding to the user’s album

Any deviation may result in account suspension to maintain platform integrity.

3. Role of the provider

The provider acts solely as an intermediary. All contracts are exclusively between exchange partners. The provider is not liable for execution, quality, or condition of exchanged items.

4. Registration & account

• Adults only
• One account per person
• Contact information must always be accurate and up-to-date

Users choose a nickname; identity is revealed only after confirmed exchanges.

5. Pro Player License

In addition to the free use of bildertausch.ch, a paid Pro Player License ("Pro License") is available.

With a valid Pro License, users gain access to extended features and additional services. These include in particular enhanced exchange options, additional information about exchange partners and user behaviour, advanced search and automation features, statistical evaluations, priority support services, as well as other exclusive features offered by bildertausch.ch.

The exact scope of the Pro License is based on the service descriptions published on the platform at the respective time. bildertausch.ch is entitled to modify, extend, restrict, or replace the features and services of the Pro License at any time with equivalent services, provided that the overall nature of the Pro License is maintained.

The Pro License is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, there is no automatic renewal and no subscription is created.

The applicable prices for the Pro License are published on the platform. bildertausch.ch reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes apply exclusively to future purchases or renewals and do not affect already paid usage periods.

No entitlement to the continued availability of previously offered pricing, duration, or feature scope can be derived from earlier conditions.

6. Access & security

• Authentication via personal password, confidential
• Report abuse or unauthorized access immediately
• Passwords must not be shared or stored on insecure devices

7. Exchange process

Users determine the delivery method. Contact details are exchanged only after mutual confirmation. Data must only be used for the exchange and not for advertising or third-party distribution.

Shipping costs are borne by each user. The platform calculates distances and prioritizes nearby partners. Exchanges should be completed within seven days and rated to maintain trust in the community.

8. Usage rules

Detailed rules are available on the platform under “Game Rules” and must be followed.

9. Availability

The provider strives to maintain availability and proper functioning, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

10. Suspension & exclusion

Accounts may be suspended for:

• Incorrect registration information
• Abusive or offensive use of nickname/messaging
• Offering defective or non-owned items
• Poor ratings
• False evaluation of other users
• Any other abuse

11. Termination

Users may terminate the contract if no exchanges are open.

12. Liability

The provider is not liable for any damage, loss, or disadvantage during an exchange, including indirect, consequential, or lost profit, system interruption, or data loss.

Terms may be updated at any time; notification via email. No objection within 7 days = acceptance.

15. Governing law & jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Exclusive jurisdiction: Baden, Switzerland.
